Crosslow Farm Shepherd's Hut - Terms of Booking
By making a booking with us, you are confirming that you have read and accepted these Terms of Booking.
 

Payment
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid 4 weeks before your arrival date. Bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival require full payment at the time of booking. Payment can be made via the payment methods available during the booking process.

 

There is a £25 cleaning fee per stay that is (mandatory) this will be added to your booking.

Booking Confirmation
Your booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email from us.
If you have not received your confirmation within 24 hours, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us.

Availability
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will do our best to offer an alternative date. If this is not possible, or the alternative is unsuitable, we will provide a full refund of all monies paid, including your deposit. Our liability will not extend beyond this refund.

Prices
All prices are based on up to two adults sharing the Shepherd's Hut unless otherwise stated.
Prices include bed linen, towels and use of all facilities.
Breakfast is not included.

Dogs
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate dogs in the Shepherd's Hut.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:
 

• The 20% deposit is non-refundable.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost of your stay.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, or failure to arrive without prior notice, will result in 100% of the total booking cost being charged.

If we are able to re-let the Shepherd's Hut for the same dates, we will refund any monies paid, less the non-refundable deposit. We strongly recommend that guests arrange suitable travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

Arrival & Departure
Check-in is from 3:00 pm on your day of arrival. We kindly ask that you vacate the Shepherd's Hut by 11:00 am on your day of departure to allow us sufficient time to prepare the accommodation for our next guests. Alternative arrival or departure times may be available by prior arrangement.

No Smoking
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the Shepherd's Hut.
If you wish to smoke outdoors, please dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.

Guest Responsibilities
We ask all guests to treat the Shepherd's Hut, its contents and the surrounding farm with respect.
Please report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible. Guests may be charged for any damage, breakages or excessive cleaning required following their stay.

Children
The Shepherd's Hut is designed for adult guests. If you wish to bring a child, please contact us before booking to discuss suitability.

Personal Property
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings during their stay. Crosslow Farm cannot accept responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to personal possessions.

Unforeseen Circumstances
We cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, power outages, flooding, government restrictions or any other unforeseen events that may affect your booking.

Right to Refuse Bookings
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where necessary. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a confirmed booking for reasons within our control, a full refund of all monies paid will be provided.
